United processing centers affiliate program is free. Since we process loan modifications and debt settlement, we rely on our affiliates to provide us with loans and borrowers to process. We are not interested in charging you setup fees, monthly fees, or even termination fees. Given that information, you can understand why it's important to make sure your homeowners are receiving the highest level of service available. UPC also wants to let you know that we will remain transparent to you, the affiliate, throughout the process. This will keep you educated on inevitable guideline changes.

You will be assigned your personal account manager who will be knowledgeable in every aspect of the industry. They will be able to provide you with the proper tools to grow your front end business. Our account managers will explain to you what is to be expected with turn times as well as reasonable expectations to relate to the borrower. All account managers have at least one full year of experience managing accounts for real estate professionals, bankruptcy attorneys, and debt settlement companies. They truly understand all aspects of the business throughout.

Under the Obama Plan, if your borrowers can no longer afford to make their monthly loan payments, then they may qualify for a loan modification to make their monthly mortgage payment more affordable.
